I found the hotel clean. That was my first impression. new pillows and linens provided a fresh and comfortable stay. i had everything i needed for a comfortable and relaxing visit. the cleanliness was really good. I noticed it immediately.
the pillows weren't very supportive. i wish there were more options available.

the staff provided breakfast boxes for my early departure to the airport, i didn't even ask. i found the staff to be friendly and very helpful. service from all departments was high quality.

the breakfast was varied, with options to build your own miso soup. they also had made-to-order pancakes and omelets. i really appreciated the tasty cappuccino with alternative milk, and complimentary sparkling wine was available.

it is located within walking distance of a metro station. there are also a couple of restaurants, convenience and grocery stores nearby. public transport stops were close by, and it's even possible to walk to a famous castle.
